I think it is all in the mind ,I want so hard to be positive yet weekend after weekend passes and I struggle to get out of bed so not who I uster bee, but we keep trying I bought a wet suit this week the start of your 21 birthday I hope , I'm going to try and do some thing very out of my comfort zone this week ,going to try and swim in the river Severn with a guy who is swimming its whole length , watch this space !!!
